How can I pay ?

On you can pay via : Paypal, Visa, MasterCard , American Express , Aura and Bank transfer. No checks or phone payments are accepted at the moment.

Which information do I need ?

When the order is placed, you’ll be asked for the credit or debit card number, expiry date and start day (only for Maestro ) and CVV number (the card security number). It can be located by looking at the back of your credit card , these are the last 3 number close to the signature space.

What is CVV ?

CVV number (“Card Verification Value” ) is a 3 digit number located on the back of VISA , MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit card and debit card. On American Express credit/ debit card this is a 4 digit number on the front right of the card .

Is my payment safe ?

All credit /debit card holders are subject to validation checks from the card issuer. In case your card issuer refuses or, for any reason, does not authorize payment , then we will not be able to accept your order.

Are my personal data safe?

Your privacy and Security are top priority for us. For this reason, you will only be asked for information necessary to complete the purchase. When you shop on our site we protect your payment details so that all information is encrypted before it is sent. Please read our Privacy Policy for further details.

Can I modify my order?

No, once the order processing has started, the Courier will collect your goods and we cannot cancel or change your order. However, you can always ask for a full refund within 14 days. We will refund, upon receipt of the returned goods, within 14 days the price paid for the item on the card used for the purchase.

How can I return a multiple purchase?

In case of multiple purchases made by the purchaser in a single order and delivered separately, the return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the last product.

What happens if I see that data entered is not correct and I have already completed the order ?

If you find that your personal data is incorrect after you have completed the order, please contact our Customer Service Department by visiting our Customer Service page.

What do I do if a product is no longer available?

Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the order is placed. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative as, due to the simultaneous presence of several users on the site, products may be sold to other customers before your order is confirmed.

Discount / coupon codes can be found in our newsletter. Simply subscribe to our newsletter and we send you e- emails with our offers and discount codes.

How do I add a discount code ?

The discount code can be entered in the box you will find in the final steps of your purchase.

How much do I have to pay for packing and shipping my order?

Shipping costs are free of charge for orders over € 29.00. For orders below € 29.00, the cost of shipping within Italy is € 5.00.

Can I have a different billing address to my delivery address?

Yes, billing and shipping addresses can be different.

What is your return policy ?
